Greensboro, North Carolina - Tyler Bright and his Foremost Insurance YZ450f had their best finish this season in the AX class on Saturday night when he finished sixth overall.
In the AX class Neese and Bright both finished in the top ten both nights in the AX class. On Friday it was Bright with an eighth place and Neese with a tenth. On Saturday night Bright pulled off a season best sixth place with Neese once again in tenth place.
Neese also raced both nights in the Lites class with a seventh place on Friday and a second place finish on Saturday.
Overall standings in the AX class have Bright in tenth and Neese in fourteenth. In Lites overall standings have Neese in third place in the west coast points and Bright and Futrell unchanged in first (1st) and fifth (5th) respectively in the east.
"This weekend was a better reflection of what we can do as a team. Tyler has the speed to be in the top five every weekend. I felt like I raced at a competitive pace given my recent injuries. We are looking forward to finishing the series strong," commented Jim Neese, team owner.
